Amazon.com Review:
BIG R, little r,
what begins with R?
Rosy's red rhinoceros.
R...r...R
From Aunt Annie's Alligator to Rosy's red rhinoceros to a Zizzer-Zazzer-Zuzz, learning the alphabet is bound to be fun with Dr. Seuss. And with this small, sturdy board-book version of his classic ABC book (Dr. Seuss's ABC), even the tiniest tots can indulge in a little alphabetical education. Each letter is featured with Dr. Seuss's unmistakably nonsensical illustrations and text: "Lion with a lollipop," "Camel on the ceiling," "Uncle Ubb's umbrella and his underwear, too." The youngest readers-to-be will get lots of letter practice with the repetitive use of each letter and the easy-to-memorize rhythmic rhymes. Soon your favorite preschooler will be reading this book aloud to you! (Baby to preschool) --Emilie Coulter

Book in a very poor condition
The seller mentioned that even though the book was a used one it was in a good condition!! But it was all lies! I was so disappointed to see this book. I had to sit down to mend the pages of this board book with a cellotape. Ugh!!

great book
Ordered this thinking it was the full size book like I had when I was a child. It turned out to be a pint sized version cardboard type book. I actually like it better. I'm having my first child and wanted this for my mom to read my son like she read to us. I think it will be a great book that tiny hands can get a grip on and won't have to worry about torn pages. Great purchase, and as always superfast shipping from amazon!

Our toddler's favorite!
This is a great book -- a favorite of our 15-month-old. She's had us read it so much that we both have it memorized. If she gets fussy or bored in the car, I just start reciting this book and she calms down. It's durable for little hands and small enough to stuff in the diaper bag and take to Grandma's.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed when I received the Dr. Seuss ABC book. I didn't realize it was pocket book size.... Not regular book size.

I thought it would be bigger.
I really like this book, it's one of the more fun books for me to read to my 12 month old. I love that it is a board book so she can't rip it apart as easily. I did however, think it would be a bit bigger in size as there are a lot of pictures on each page. It seems hard for baby to pay attention to, almost overwhelming it seems. She still into books with more simple pictures to look at. I'm guessing she'll like it more when she's a bit older. For now, mommy likes it more than baby does.
